Amber Williams is a leading brand strategist and writer in the Beauty industry who currently serves as Vice President of Brand Strategy at Front Row (formerly School House) - a global creative agency dedicated to building and accelerating today's most influential beauty brands. In this role, Amber oversees the Strategy and Design division's thought leadership and strategy disciplines, including market research, brand naming, brand positioning, tone of voice, and messaging.

Her 15-year career is underpinned by deeply emotional storytelling at the intersection of beauty, commerce and
culture.

Amber's brand strategy and messaging narratives have landed recognition for a global portfolio of clients in publications such as Allure, Vogue, Elle, Forbes, Fast Company, Essence, Oprah Magazine, BeautyMatter and more.

Prior to Front Row, Amber founded and operated Amber Williams & Company for 8 years, a boutique strategy consultancy solely dedicated to branding and elevating founders of color in Beauty.
Amber holds a bachelor of science degree in psychology from Florida A&M University and a master of science degree in integrated marketing communications from The Medill School at Northwestern University
